Data collected and purpose<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect only the data necessary for the operation of the service:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identification data: surname, first name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment and identification data: bank details or equivalent, proof of identity or address processed exclusively via our payment service provider Stripe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of subscription: invoice, receipt or proof of payment to verify the actual expense incurred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical data: logs, IP address, device, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer relations data: exchanges with support, complaints.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Legal basis for processing<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing is based on the following principles:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>performance of the contract with the user;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>our legitimate interest (fraud prevention, verification of compliance of the sharing model);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax, anti-money laundering).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Checking receipts<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When a user creates a shared subscription, we may ask them to provide proof of payment (invoice, receipt or proof of payment). This document verifies that : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the amount shared corresponds to a real expense;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the use of the service is consistent with the idea of expense reimbursement.<br\/>Transmitted documents are consulted only by authorized personnel and will be deleted as soon as verification is complete, unless otherwise required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Hosting and security<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is hosted in France by OVHcloud (French datacenters) and is subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee its security.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Recipients and subcontractors<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data may be shared with :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>our in-house teams ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>our technical and IT service providers (hosting, support, CRM);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>our payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited The One Building 1 Grand Canal Street Lower Dublin 2 Co. Dublin Ireland <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the competent authorities, if required by law.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your rights<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability, opposition.<br\/>You can exercise these rights by making the deletion request in your account settings, in order to ensure us of the legitimacy of the request.<br\/>You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the competent authority in your country if you think that we have not met your expectations, after contacting us.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Policy update<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this policy to take account of legal or technical developments. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don&#8217;t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
