Steps to block an artist<\/h2>\n\n

To block an artist on Spotify, follow these simple steps:<\/p>

  1. Open the Spotify mobile application.<\/strong>

  2. Use the search bar to find the artist you wish to block.<\/strong>

    From the home screen, go directly to the search bar at the bottom.\nType in the name of the artist you wish to block.\nA list of results will appear.\nSelect the artist in question to access his or her page.

  3. Once on the artist’s page, click on the three dots at the top right of the screen.<\/strong>

    This is where you can block the artist.\nClick on it to open a drop-down menu. <\/p> <\/li>

  4. In the drop-down menu, select “Do not broadcast this artist”.<\/strong>

    In this menu, search for and select the “Do not play this artist” option.\nA confirmation message will tell you that the artist will no longer be broadcast. <\/p> <\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\n

      Limits of the blocking function<\/h2>\n\n

      Here are a few limitations to keep in mind regarding this feature:<\/p>\n\n

      1. Limited availability: For the time being, you can only block an artist via Spotify’s mobile application.\nThe computer version does not offer this option. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
