There is an option called Now TV Boost that allows you to skip the commercials and access HD. You will have to add 6 € to the offer you have chosen.

Now TV subscription sharing

In addition to all the services it offers, the Now TV platform allows users to use the same account on 6 devices. However, simultaneous streaming is only available on two devices at a time unless you choose the Boost option. It allows you to follow the programs simultaneously on 3 devices.
