Yes, each shared subscription benefits from group instant messaging, which allows you to chat with the owner and participants. This chat is encrypted and confidential.
Is the functioning of the subscription guaranteed?
Your subscription is guaranteed to work: once your payment card has been verified, you’ll gain access to the subscription and the information provided by the organizer. If that’s not enough or if an invitation is required, you have access to a secure messaging system to communicate with the organizer. Finally, you can file a complaint if your requests haven’t been resolved within 24 hours: our team will investigate and cancel your registration at no cost if necessary.
